Role Description The Re Wall Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Bareilly, responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of reinforced earth (RE) walls and related structures. Daily responsibilities include interpreting drawings and technical specifications, supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves monitoring construction progress, conducting inspections and measurements, maintaining site documentation, and reporting status and issues to project management. The Re Wall Engineer also collaborates with design and quality teams to resolve technical challenges, optimize construction methods, and ensure that work is completed within schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of reinforced earth wall design, construction techniques, and relevant standards.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural behavior, and geotechnical considerations for retaining structures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layout plans, and technical specifications.
• Experience in site supervision, resource planning, and coordination with contractors and field teams.
• Familiarity with construction quality control, safety practices, and basic project documentation.
• Proficiency with common engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office); exposure to design or analysis tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant work experience in RE wall or retaining wall projects is preferred.
• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Willingness to be based in Bareilly and spend most working hours at the project site.
