MEP Engineer

SM Developers is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and hands-on experience in ensuring MEP systems are delivered efficiently while meeting quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across construction projects.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor site activities and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and inspections of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) – Mandatory.
• MEP Certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP execution within the Construction or Real Estate industry.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Services.
