- Manage executive-level client relationships and proactively address needs.
- Drive AR health and KPI performance across assigned clients (net collections, DSO, A/R aging, denial trends).
- Partner with AVP to resolve escalations and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, guide, and develop RCM Managers and their teams.
- Monitor performance trends and deliver insights through advanced data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges and improve workflows.
- Support sales discovery calls and represent RCM expertise in external/client meetings.
- Coach teams, drive accountability, and foster a performance-focused culture.
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management, primarily AR.
- Proven leadership of managers and multi-client portfolios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency required).
- Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum High School diploma required.
- Completion of medical billing training is an advantage.
- CRCR or MGMA certification on RCM
- Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt)
- Strong understanding of billing, collections, denial management, and client analytics
- Executive presence and client relationship management
- Strategic decision-making and ownership of outcomes
- Analytical thinking with KPI-driven approach
- Team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence
