Raw Material Executive

Responsible for Transit Collection centre management including routine audits, inventory checks and Safety practices. Conduct field survey for surplus biomass assessment, Farmer/VLE onboarding, Farm machine deployment and tracking.

Responsible for upkeep of Farm machinery viz. Tractors, Balers, Rakes and its related O&M services

Season based feedstock aggregation, storage in TCCs & transportation including local VLE/Vendor development, deployment of farm m/c and its O&M partnering OEMs. Shall be responsible for Quality/Quantity supply of feedstock and TCC HSEF practices

Technical Skills

Knowledge of contract negotiation, risk evaluation and mitigation, sourcing strategy development, and a track record of delivering cost savings through identifying opportunities and driving complex supplier negotiations to closure.

Experience developing and managing contracts.

Experience with ERP system i.e. SAP

Ability to work independently and meet Feedstock Aggregation targets

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Negotiation and persuasion skills

Strong understanding of agronomy, crop management, and farming practices
