**Minimum experience required in R2R- 4 Years**

Key Responsibilities: 

▪ Record day-to-day financial transactions. 

▪ Assist in preparing and maintaining the general ledger. 

▪ Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities 

▪ Manage bank reconciliations (BRS), fixed assets accounting, accruals, and related activities. 

▪ Ensure timely and accurate inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations. 

▪ Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, controls, and SLAs. 

▪ Support internal and external audit requirements. 

▪ Coordinate and cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

▪ Provide team support, including management and resolution of team issues. 

▪ Perform ad-hoc accounting and reporting activities as required. 

Knowledge and Attributes:  

▪ Knowledge of accounting standards and reporting practices. 

▪ Proven ability in financial reporting and reconciliations. 

▪ Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving. 

▪ Ability to work effectively within tight timelines and deadlines. 

▪ Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. 

▪ Resilient under pressure, with strong stress management and patience. 

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
