Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor/Tender Engineer for an on-site role based in Dwarka, New Delhi. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project costs, performing detailed cost planning, and delivering comprehensive cost reports. In addition, the professional will oversee cost control measures to optimize financial performance while ensuring project objectives are met. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders, as well as compliance with all contract requirements, is essential, conducting site visit , collecting required data, prepare & submit tenders etc

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience in Cost Planning and accurate Cost Reporting procedures
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure financial efficiency
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Previous 8-10 years experience in construction projects is advantageous
