Talent Sourcing and Outreach (Remote)

Role Overview

This is a learning-focused, unpaid internship cantered on hiring execution and outreach. You will work on sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates through the hiring lifecycle in a structured, real-work environment.

Location: Remote

Duration: ~3 months

What you will do

• Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn and relevant platforms
• Manage outreach, follow-ups, and candidate communication
• Coordinate interviews and support offer rollout
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and ensure closure across stages
• Identify and filter relevant professionals and organizations based on defined criteria

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Interest in Talent Acquisition / Hiring workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (clear, concise communication)
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing, outreach, and research
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive with willingness to take ownership
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
