Role Description

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role located on-site in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), and developing cost plans and budgets. Daily tasks include monitoring cost control measures, analyzing cost reports, and collaborating with project teams to optimize financial performance. The role also involves ensuring accurate cost estimation and timely reporting to support effective project decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
  • Experience with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed Cost Planning
  • Skill in creating and analyzing Cost Reports
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with infrastructure or road construction projects is advantageous
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software for cost estimation and reporting
