Role: EA to Directors

Work Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Exp: 5 to 8 Yrs

Qualification: Any Graduation


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the Directors’ calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate with Projects, Sales, Finance, Legal, CRM and other departments for updates on ongoing work and project progress.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with teams on pending tasks, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Schedule and organize management meetings, project review meetings, and discussions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track completion of action items.
  • Maintain trackers for project status, approvals, and important deadlines for the Directors’ review.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management summaries as required.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Directors and various internal teams.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Directors.
