Quantity Surveyor – Measurement

We are hiring Quantity Surveyors to support measurement and BOQ preparation activities for construction projects. The role focuses on accurate quantity take-offs and assisting in tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and tender documents
• Prepare measurement sheets and BOQs with accuracy
• Assist in interpreting drawings and project specifications
• Use tools such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift/Bluebeam, and MS Excel
• Support senior team members in tendering and estimation tasks
• Ensure compliance with measurement standards (POMI, CESMM, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams for data verification

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation in measurement and BOQ preparation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of PlanSwift/Bluebeam preferred)
• Understanding of construction methods and materials
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Experience

• 5–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in measurement and estimation roles preferred
