Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (Interior) based in Chennai. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and managing project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals. Responsibilities also include cost control, project cost reporting, and working closely with design and execution teams to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cost Control and bill checking to ensure efficient project budget allocation
• Experience in developing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tendering
• Skilled in Cost Reporting and analyzing project financials
• Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in commercial, residential, or interior design projects is advantageous
• 1 to 3 years of Experience in architect firm.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multi-disciplinary teams.
