Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Madurai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost process on construction projects. Key tasks will include cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost management, and generating detailed cost reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, ensuring that project expenses align with budgets and providing robust financial guidance to support decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications in quantity surveying or related disciplines are a plus
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is highly beneficial
