Job Title: Qualtrics App Expert

Job location: NESCO, Mumbai


Job purpose:

  • Bring the technical support to Regional Qualtrics leads to improve / ease the overall Qualtrics platform and content (B2B & B2C surveys)
  • Directly execute tasks to address Qualtrics tickets level 3 to 4 requiring Sodexo business understanding
  • Oversee and validate tasks linked to tickets level 2 or 3 executed by the app consultant


Key Responsibilities:


Functional Responsibilities: Bring direct support to regional or country XM leads by executing him/herself level 3 or 4 tasks and overseeing / validating tasks level 2 or 3 executed by the Qualtrics app consultant(s)

  • Solution design and configuration of a business solution (e. g. change/adapt global surveys or change/dapt Close the loop parameters)
  • Improve Data Visualization (eg create new widgets in global dashboards)
  • Support light Development in Qualtrics
  • Update Qualtrics Documentations
  • Acquiring and maintaining certifications on Qualtrics
  • Training delivery
  • Project management at small scale
  • Internal ‘client’ management
