Job Role: Quality Technician

Location: Jeddah (Kind Abdullah Economic City), KSA,

Exp: 1 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Standardized work and consistently follow standardized work

• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions

• Participate in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operation, and perform scheduled operator maintenance activities

• Comply with and industry safety regulations, guidelines, and protocols and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Coordinate the safety checks, and ensure that all components adhere to the required safety and quality standards, and specifications to prevent accidents or hazards.

• Help in continuously monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output.

• Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and operator maintenance on various production equipment, including stamping, press, and other shop Quality equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Keep accurate records of activities, including repairs, replacements, and schedules.

• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate schedules, prioritize work orders, and optimize system performance.

Education

Technical High School, or Diploma in Manufacturing Operation, or any related field

Experience

1-3 years relevant experience in a similar field.
