Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality System Supervisor who will guide the development, implementation, and evolution of the programs that keep our products safe, compliant, and consistently excellent. From design control to risk management, from documentation to corrective action, the new colleague will be the steady hand ensuring our quality ecosystem runs with precision. The Supervisor will also lead a team of Quality System Specialists, helping them grow while keeping our operations audit‑ready and future‑focused.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Champion the QMS by implementing, maintaining, and refining processes that meet today’s standards and anticipate tomorrow’s needs.
- Take ownership of a key QMS domain such as Document & Records Control and elevate it through thoughtful oversight and continuous improvement.
- Turn data into insight by compiling, analyzing, and sharing product and process quality trends that drive smarter decisions.
- Identify opportunities for departmental improvement and craft corrective action plans that strengthen our quality culture.
- Guide the creation and control of documentation essential to good manufacturing and distribution practices.
- Ensure teams are trained, aligned, and confident when new documents or changes roll out.
- Maintain monitoring programs that keep corrective actions on track and effective.
- Support critical quality events, including ship holds, FSCAs, PQNs, and recalls, with calm precision.
- Contribute to internal audits and help implement audit‑driven improvements.
- Partner in external audits and inspections, helping the organization shine under regulatory scrutiny.
- Lead and mentor a team of 1–8 direct reports, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Assess product and compliance risks within established boundaries and know when to escalate.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as needed while upholding all company policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands‑on quality systems experience, including supervisory responsibilities, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Strong, fluent English skills, both written and verbal
- Prior people management experience is a must-have
- Clear, confident communication - whether presenting, negotiating, or guiding teams through change.
- Strong decision‑making instincts backed by analytical thinking and data fluency.

- A solid understanding of QMS principles and the realities of working in a regulated environment.
