We are looking for a poised and professional Guest Relations Executive to join our front-of-house team at a premier 5-star luxury hotel in Bangalore. While a background in hospitality is a plus, we are open to graduates from any stream who possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for people.

As the first point of contact for our VIP guests, you will be the face of our luxury service, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome: Greet VIPs and regular guests with warmth and ensure smooth check-in/escorting.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and anticipate their needs.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and a "can-do" attitude.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with Housekeeping and Dining teams to arrange special requests or celebrations.
• Concierge Support: Provide expert advice on local Bangalore sightseeing, travel, and events.
  
  

Required Skills Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles (Hotels, Airlines, or Luxury Retail) is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• Communication: Flawless English communication is essential.
• Aesthetics: Must maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional etiquette.
