Key Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet VIPs and regular guests with warmth and ensure smooth check-in/escorting.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and anticipate their needs.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and a "can-do" attitude.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with Housekeeping and Dining teams to arrange special requests or celebrations.
- Concierge Support: Provide expert advice on local Bangalore sightseeing, travel, and events.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles (Hotels, Airlines, or Luxury Retail) is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Communication: Flawless English communication is essential.
- Aesthetics: Must maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional etiquette.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
