• Candidates must have experience in the Aerospace / Avionics / Defense domain (mandatory)
• AS9100 experience is compulsory — profiles without this will not be considered

Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Engineer to support aerospace/defense programs in a highly regulated environment. The role involves implementing quality systems, driving inspection processes, and managing non‑conformance through MRB and CAPA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality standards and quality control systems in line with AS9100 requirements
• Develop and execute inspection and testing procedures for materials, components, and processes
• Perform detailed review and validation of 2D engineering drawings and raise technical queries
• Initiate and drive Material Review Board (MRB) discussions with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Analyze non‑conformances and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA
• Execute and track MRB decisions through ERP systems and ensure closure of actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain complete and audit‑ready documentation as per quality guidelines

Non‑Negotiable / Mandatory Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with AS9100 / AS9100D (MANDATORY)
• Must be from Aerospace / Avionics / Defense industry (MANDATORY)
• Strong experience in:
• MRB (Material Review Board)
• NCR / Non‑conformance handling
• CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
• Strong understanding of:
• 2D drawing interpretation
• GD&T
• Experience in quality inspection processes and methodologies
• Exposure to ERP systems for quality workflows
• Willingness to relocate and work ON‑SITE in UAE (NON‑NEGOTIABLE)

Good to Have (Optional)

• AS9100 Internal Auditor certification
• Lean / Six Sigma exposure
• Experience with ISO 9001 (along with AS9100)
