Managing Day to day Plant Quality Process as below.

Responsibilities
Managing Day to day Plant Quality Process as below.
- Incoming quality control supervision.
- Managing Assembly/Process Quality.
- Molding Quality monitoring and review.
- Communication and follow ups with supplier for incoming Quality related CA/PA
- Quality Metrics reports.
- Leading RMA activities for both Mfg. & BTS.
- Leading Six Sigma green belt projects.
- Site champion for BIQ Audit.
- Managing and controlling process rejections.
- Continuous improvement of product and process.
- Review and documentation of required Documents for ISO: 9001:2015 Audits (Internal & External Audits)
- Works with CFT for product and Process Improvements.
- SPOC for site Poka-Yoke event being driven by BA.
- Carrying RCA and making reports for field return samples.
- Managing Calibration activities of MME’s.
- Team training for External Quality circle presentation.
- NPI- samples review and reporting
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
- Advanced degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
