Job Description

4+ years hands-on experience in heavy fabrication, assembly processes, PFMEA creation and construction equipment knowledge.
Independently execute PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) for new and existing processes, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation.
Perform systematic categorization of Q-Notes and issues mapped to respective assembly stations and processes, leveraging advanced Excel for tracking.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities during station reviews and team cadences, proposing data-driven solutions with mistake-proofing (poka-yoke) techniques.
Create quality reports with data visualization; Power BI proficiency is an added advantage
Conduct warranty analysis, claim coding, root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D and 7QC tools.
Strong in GD&T, drawing reading and 3D modeling tools like Creo; SAP working knowledge required.
Skilled in advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query); proficient in Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
Quick learner, proactive in suggesting ideas; excellent English communication for project handling and team collaboration
