Job Description

Role Overview:

The QC Executive will ensure the quality and reliability of products and processes by leveraging strong technical expertise and effective communication skills. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintaining high standards of product quality, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Description:

Ensure compliance with IEC/CE and BS Certification standards for PCB and electronic components.
Utilize measurement tools such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and vector analyzers to evaluate product quality.
Identify and assess components, PCBs, hardware, and interfaces for quality and reliability.
Design and implement forms, instructions, and documentation to support quality evaluation and reporting.
Analyze product quality issues and propose effective solutions.
Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed reports.
Provide technical training to quality and operations staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
Monitor and document data related to product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Ensure defect-free supplies to customers by adhering to strict quality standards.
