🎯 What You’ll Do

Connect with students via calls, video sessions, and chats to understand their goals and concerns

Guide students in selecting colleges & courses aligned with their profile and aspirations

Simplify admission processes, eligibility, and timelines

Follow up thoughtfully and resolve queries with honesty and clarity

Share student insights to improve product, counselling, and experience

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Support students end-to-end — from first interaction to final decision

Build trust-based relationships through unbiased and transparent advice

Handle multiple conversations during peak admission cycles with calmness and empathy

Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

Focus on quality guidance over quick conversions

👤 Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in B2C EdTech counselling / admissions

Strong understanding of Indian higher education system & admission cycles

Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach

Someone who believes in guiding, not selling

Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms
