Job Title: QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled QA professionals for Junior and Senior QA Engineer positions within the Banking Payments domain. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in software testing, banking/payment applications, and ensuring high-quality delivery of systems and transaction workflows.

Open Positions:

• 1 Senior QA Engineer

• 1 Junior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for banking/payment applications

• Validate payment transaction flows, reconciliation processes, and related banking systems

• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts

• Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and support teams to ensure quality deliverables

• Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA inputs during SDLC phases

• Support UAT activities and production validation when required

• Ensure applications meet business, functional, and security requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in QA/testing within Banking or Payments domain

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes

• Hands-on experience in functional and integration testing

• Familiarity with payment systems, transaction flows, or banking applications

• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience Requirements:

Senior QA Engineer:

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience

• Strong experience in Banking Payments domain preferred

• Experience in leading testing activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Junior QA Engineer:

• 1–3 years of QA/testing experience

• Basic understanding of banking/payment applications preferred
