Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, API, and data integration testing across enterprise applications
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test coverage
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline integrations for automated testing, ensuring tests run reliably with each deployment
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and work with developers to resolve defects efficiently
• Create and maintain test data, test environments, and documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Conduct regression testing to validate system stability after code changes and new feature releases
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospectives to provide QA perspective on effort estimation and risk assessment
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics including test coverage, defect density, and automation ROI
• Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage and improve testing efficiency through tooling and process enhancements
• Support production deployments and perform post-release validation testing
• Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and testing methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
• 3 plus years’ experience in designing automated test plans and execution
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar
• Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for writing and maintaining test scripts
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and testing in cloud environments
• Working knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA's role within iterative development
• Experience testing Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust, k6)
• BDD frameworks experience (Cucumber, Behave, SpecFlow)
• Experience / Knowledge running tests on Salesforce, Azure and AWS platforms
• Experience / Knowledge in testing AI agents
