Key Responsibilities
1. Product Specification Management
- Assist in preparing and updating product specifications for raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure alignment with food safety standards.
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QA documentation, inspection reports, and quality logs.
- Support preparation of finished goods specifications and traceability documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, version control, and timely updates.
3. Excel & Technical Support
- Maintain QA spreadsheets, data logs, and quality dashboards using Excel.
- Support statistical analysis of quality data (basic) under supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Pursuing or completed B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of food testing methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
- Understanding of lab practices and measurement techniques.
Behavioral Skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain accuracy.
