Job Description

The Business Analyst, Digital Initiatives, will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Logistics. The Business Analyst will lead business system-related developments for the EMS and Logistics Strategy, act as a subject matter expect and drive the adoption of innovative solutions for the group. Here Is a Glimpse Of What You Will Do

• Work with the supply chain transformation teams to understand the business process and identify system needs
• Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents
• Initiate and lead system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current process
• Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and sourcing teams.
• Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate trouble shooting and providing supporting for team
• Coordinate related standard operating procedure drafting and provide training to the team
• Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  
  

Here Is Some Of What You Will Need (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position at the crossroad between Supply Chain and Business Systems.
• Experience working in an international environment
• Highly analytical, commercially savvy, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Anaplan, Coupa or similar supply chain-oriented business system required
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
• Management skills
• Fluent oral and written communications in English
• Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
• Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
