Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst, located in Chennai. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of processes and deliverables to ensure they meet defined standards. Day-to-day tasks include implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement, collaborating with teams to develop solutions for quality issues, and maintaining compliance with established quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Aanalyst, Quality Control, and Quality Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying trends and improving processes
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of industry-standard quality assessment tools and methods
• Experience in the BPO sector or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
