Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a QS (Quantity Surveyor) and Billing Engineer. The role involves preparing and managing BOQs, performing quantity surveying, analyzing project rates, managing billing systems, and providing accurate project cost estimates. The selected individual will collaborate with the project team, ensuring timely completion of tasks with high precision and efficiency in all aspects of project billing and cost management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and managing Quantity Surveying activities
• Strong skills in Rate Analysis and project cost evaluations
• Experience with Billing Systems and bill certification processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Educational qualification in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD and MS Excel is a plus
