Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced React Native Full Stack Developer - Lead to own the end-to end design, development, and delivery of mobile applications along with their supporting backend services. This role combines hands-on mobile development, backend architecture and technical leadership working closely with product, design, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
Architect, design, and implement backend services and APIs supporting mobile applications
Define and enforce full-stack architecture, coding standards, and best practices
Take ownership of performance, scalability, security, and reliability across mobile and backend layers
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend, DevOps, and QA teams
Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching
Drive CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy for mobile and backend
Oversee App Store / Play Store releases and backend deployments
Identify and resolve complex cross-layer issues (mobile ? API ? database)
Ensure strong testing strategy across frontend, backend, and integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of overall software development experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Solid experience in backend development using Node.js (NestJS/Express) or .NET Core
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.)
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, role-based access)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and backend scalability patterns
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
