Job Title: QC Inspector (Civil) – High-Rise & Residential Quality Checks

Experience: 1–4 Years

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore Hyderabad and Chennai.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering

Job Overview:

We are hiring QA QC Inspectors to conduct independent quality inspections for high-rise and residential projects, with a strong focus on pre-delivery checks, snag identification, and unit-level assessments, following Propcheck inspection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform unit-wise inspection for high-rise and residential buildings.

· Conduct pre-delivery checks & detailed snag identification.

· Inspect civil finishes, flooring, walls, ceilings, doors/windows, electrical, plumbing, and bathroom fittings.

· Prepare digital inspection reports & NCRs using Propcheck-style formats.

· Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and IS codes.

· Coordinate with site teams for rectification and closure of defects.

Required Skills:

· Knowledge of high-rise construction and finishing standards.

· Strong observation & defect identification skills.

· Understanding of QA QC procedures & IS codes.

· Good communication & report-writing skills.

· Familiarity with digital inspection/reporting tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
