Role Description

The QA/QC Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The QA/QC Manager will oversee quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and internal standards of excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing operations, developing and implementing quality protocols, conducting product inspections, and managing documentation and audits. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance and quality control expertise, including developing and implementing QA/QC processes and protocols
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and certifications relevant to manufacturing and hemp-derived products
• Proficiency in conducting inspections, audits, and maintaining detailed documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field
• Previous quality management experience within manufacturing or a related industry is highly desirable
• Communication and leadership skills to manage team workflows and ensure alignment with company objectives
