Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA & QC Engineer to oversee and ensure the quality of our projects and compliance with applicable standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control measures, conducting inspections, and ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enforce QA & QC standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with project

specifications and industry regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, processes and products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results and compliance reports, ensuring proper documentation for audits and certifications.

Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects and improve processes.

Work closely with project teams, suppliers and contractors to resolve quality-related challenges and maintain consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management

Applications from other domain will not be considered. 

Experience

5 -15 years of experience in QA & QC roles in construction industry.

Skills

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with inspection and testing equipment.

Proficient in quality management systems (QMS) and tools.
