QA Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer

Experience: - 2-4 Years

 Design and create high-level test cases for mobile and Web applications.

 Work closely with developers and the product team.

 Will be responsible for quality on Android, iOS, and web applications

 Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

 Evaluate product code according to specifications

 Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

 Report bugs and errors to the development teams.

 Help troubleshoot issues

 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

 Will be working on an automation framework.

 Participate in Product & Project’s kick-off meeting.

 Read, understand, and review software design specifications and product requirements.

 Basic Knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries is an added advantage.

 Work with scrum team  Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary

 Have a deep understanding of how mobile applications work, with hands-on experience using Appium for mobile automation testing.

 Must have demonstrated hands-on experience in Functional (System, Regression, Smoke) testing using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG frameworks.

 Evaluated product code according to specifications, and validated data using SQL for backend verification.

1–2 years’ experience in Web and Mobile application testing using Selenium, TestNG, and Appium with Java.

Who are we looking for?

 2-4 years’ experience in Web and mobile application testing.

 Reviewed and analyzed system specifications

 Have a deep understanding of how mobile applications work

 Must have demonstrated hands-on experience in Functional (System, regression, smoke) testing.  Evaluated product code according to specifications.  Worked in an Agile environment.

 Knowledge of Azure

 Possess good written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Be a team player with a strong team spirit.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology
