Developer

We’re looking for an AI Agent Developer to build intelligent agents and automation workflows using modern LLM frameworks. The role involves designing agent logic, integrating APIs, and building scalable AI-powered tools for business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, etc.
• Develop prompts, memory, and tool-use workflows.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and business systems.
• Implement RAG pipelines and vector search.
• Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of agents.
• Document workflows and collaborate with product/engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python and API integrations.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone, Qdrant).
• Experience with automation workflows and prompt engineering.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems.
• Model fine‑tuning or SLM customization.
• Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP).
