Job Description

We're looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our engineering team and ensure our systems are robust, reliable, and seamless for users.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for both frontend (UI) and backend (API/database) systems.
Perform thorough manual testing where automation is not feasible or valuable.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify bugs and performance issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automated tests.
Continuously enhance automation tools and test coverage for existing features.

Requirements

Having 2+ years of experience in core Manual testing.
Expertise in running queries in SQL to validate the data and debug issues.
Ability to write detailed test cases and execute them.
You should have a thorough understanding and expertise in testing atthe UI level.
Hands-on experience in API Testing and debugging API calls.
Hands-on experience in Postman.
Strong understanding of testing data to database transitions.
Strong advocacy for quality in the team and working towards ensuring quality benchmarks.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.
Experience with industry-standard tools for defect tracking, source code management, test case management, and other management and monitoring tools.
Ability to do complex setups and configurations.
Ability to write a detailed test plan and strategy.
Strong ability to work independently in a techno-functional environment.
Good grasp of JIRA.
