Job Title: QA Consultant – Backbase (Certified)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Consultant with Backbase Certification to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software testing, automation, and banking or digital banking platforms, with hands-on exposure to Backbase implementations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery through effective test planning, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Backbase applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues using defect management tools.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure test coverage, traceability, and compliance with project quality standards.
Support automation testing initiatives and contribute to improving testing frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Backbase Certification is mandatory.
Hands-on experience testing Backbase digital banking platforms.
Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
