Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Gondal. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, negotiating with vendors for cost-effective and quality supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of required resources. The role also involves vendor relationship management, compliance with procurement policies, analyzing supplier performances, and identifying opportunities to improve the supply chain process.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and supply chain processes
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
• Experience in inventory control, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely reordering
• Proficiency in analyzing supplier performance metrics and optimizing procurement processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain solid vendor relationships
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or water treatment industry will be considered an added advantage
