The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by the company. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Vendor Management:
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate better terms.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Cost & Budget Management:
• Analyze market trends to get the best deals.
• Ensure procurement stays within budget and cost-saving initiatives are implemented.
• Prepare reports on purchase cost, price variance, and supplier performance.
• Purchase Process & Compliance:
• Issue purchase orders and track order status.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Inventory & Stock Management:
• Work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock levels.
• Monitor inventory usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning.
• Quality Control & Vendor Evaluation:
• Ensure all procured items meet required quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/software related to procurement.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Industry-specific experience (manufacturing) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
