Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Manager located in Gurugram. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive and persuasive proposals, managing end-to-end proposal processes, coordinating with internal teams to gather required input, and ensuring competitive and accurate submissions. The role requires maintaining a library of proposal templates, overseeing deadlines, and maintaining compliance with client requirements and internal standards. Additionally, the Proposal Manager will help identify opportunities, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to creating impactful business proposals that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Proposal Writing, Business Writing, and RFP/RFQ responses
• Experience in Export and Import proposals
• Experience in Project Management, Time Management, and Team Coordination
• Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent skills in Editing, Proofreading, and Document Design
• Expertise in Client Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or cold chain industry is a strong advantage
