Property Relationship Manager

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. This role offers an OTE range of £27,500 - £29,000 pa.

Let's talk about the role, it involves:

• Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
• Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
• Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
• Organising & recommending maintenance works.
