Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and analyzing sales performance within the assigned region. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the brand’s growth in the market by identifying new business opportunities. Regular field visits and reporting to the management are also key facets of this role.

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and area-specific market analysis
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in sales strategy planning and performance tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address market challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ability to travel and work on-site in the designated area
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the consumer goods or oral care products industry is a plus
• FMCG experience is mandatory
