📍 Rochdale (Initial Office-Based → Hybrid / Home Working)

We’re working with a well-established and expanding property investment and management business looking to bring in a Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to support the continued growth of their residential portfolio.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining both lettings and property management responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road as well as taking ownership of their own portfolio.

🚀 The Role

You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of a growing property portfolio, with responsibilities including:

• Conducting property viewings across the North West (including Bradford, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas)
• Preparing snagging lists and identifying maintenance requirements
• Completing inventories and check-in / check-out reports
• Managing move-ins and move-outs
• Liaising with and instructing contractors
• Supporting the ongoing management and upkeep of residential properties

You’ll be office-based in Rochdale for the first couple of weeks to get up to speed, after which there’s flexibility to work from home, with occasional office attendance as required.

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage their own workload with confidence:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within lettings and/or property management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service and tenant-facing approach
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Able to work independently and manage a busy, varied workload

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the travel involved (mileage reimbursed).
