Purpose Of The Position (Short Summary Of The Role)

• Central coordinator of individual brand car models for the implementation of New project / Facelift & Model Year in plant to plan, monitor, steer, escalate and report the project in the plant as well as to head quarter.

• To decide on the critical topics
• Modify and update the project relevant documents
• Rights to access Anlauf related topics in all departments in manufacturing plant.
• Escalation of project topics in project forums in case the deadlines are not met.

Key Responsibilities &Tasks

Attend: Project related meetings. To share and get the updated on project status and documents

Study and Examine the project related documents to understand the project scope and changes

Preparation of pre series timelines, project content and launch related documents

Tracking of system releases according to the approved project timeline and contents

Review and escalation of system releases (BOM, MBV, and MBT etc.)

Planning of project Meetings (participants, schedule, and frequency).

Ensuring the readiness for the Pilot Hall meeting, documents, resources etc.

Coordination to get the regular project documents and pilot hall documents with stakeholder departments.

Identify the critical topics and tracking of critical issues

Evaluate the new changes (Aeko’s) from implementation part and report to WPL

Monitoring and follow up of shops readiness for pre-series cars build

Review of pre series parts availability and tracking of critical parts

Planning, tracking and ensuring the delivery of pre series cars to customers

Validation planning and confirmation of project content in the pre-series cars

Monitoring and follow up of build related problem during the pre series phase

Preparation and monitoring of project documentation and preparation of management reports

Tracking of Individual brand Launch cost consumption with respect to forecast

Periodic review, update and storage of project documents

Reporting and documentation of lessons learnt documents

Review and Follow up of LPC and LTF action points measures

Review and steer the System filling plan , RPP and Market Introduction cars to ensure the smooth SOP

Maintaining, tracking and updating of project records
