Position: Project Officer – Rice Portfolio (Contract)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract

Role Overview

The Project Officer will support planning, tracking, and execution of key Rice portfolio initiatives. The role is project‑management focused, working closely with the Category Lead and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery,

effective coordination, and robust reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support end‑to‑end project management for Rice portfolio initiatives
Track project plans, milestones, timelines, and key deliverables
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Field Science, Supply, and other stakeholders
Monitor KPIs, risks, and dependencies; drive timely follow‑ups
Consolidate field inputs and execution data
Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and leadership presentations
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and review outputs
Act as interface between field teams and category/project teams

Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Agribusiness / Management
Master’s degree preferred with Project management

Experience

2–5 years in project coordination, PMO, category support, or marketing operations
Exposure to agriculture / crop protection / agri‑inputs industry preferred
Experience working with cross‑functional and field teams is an advantage
