Strategic Transformation Through Digital & Physical Innovation is Looking for:

We’re hiring a Project Managers who can run point across a multi-tenant, multi-timezone engineering ecosystem. This role drives execution across consumer, clinic, enterprise, and internal portals, ensuring clarity, momentum, and stakeholder alignment at all times. You’ll own timelines, manage cross-functional workflows, and generate clean visual dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & support project planning, timelines, and delivery across multiple portals.
• Manage global teams across US, UK, EU, and APAC time zones
• Translate business and clinical requirements into structured workflows and engineering tasks
• Run standups, sprint planning, and velocity tracking with accountability
• Surface risks early, propose timeline adjustments, and enforce execution discipline
• Produce daily visual updates reflecting portal status, feature progress, blockers, and projected timelines
• Align developers, QA, designers, and external partners with clear expectations
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and leadership summaries
• Optimize dev velocity by removing blockers and tightening cross-team coordination
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven success managing complex software projects in fast-moving environments
• Strong ability to coordinate teams across multiple time zones
• Skilled in timeline ownership, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Github, etc.)
• Ability to create clean visual dashboards and status reports
• Excellent communication, escalation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on velocity, quality, and delivery predictability
