Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Creator with proven experience in building visuals that tell stories, carry brand identity, and deliver business outcomes. The right candidate isn’t just tool-skilled but has the eye and mindset to make ideas cut through.

Core Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design visuals that capture attention in seconds.
• Create multi-format content: posters, reels, infographics, thumbnails, short-form videos.
• Translate brand identity into consistent, high-impact storytelling across platforms.
• Work with marketing and strategy teams to align visuals with business goals.
• Analyse performance and refine designs based on real outcomes.
• Stay aware of cultural and design trends, applying them with originality.

What Matters Most

• Aesthetic sense: the ability to balance form, colour, and layout naturally.
• Creative thinking: generating fresh, brand-aligned ideas beyond templates.
• Critical thinking: questioning briefs, spotting gaps, and proposing smarter solutions.

Skills & Tools (important but secondary)

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva.
• After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut for motion/video.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Platform awareness: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in design/content creation, preferably across industries or agency work.
• Portfolio that shows aesthetic sharpness and the ability to think commercially.
• Strong sense of branding and visual storytelling.
• Reliable under deadlines, open to feedback, and collaborative.
