Job Description

We're looking for Project Managers!

Salary: INR 16,00,000 - 18,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for aviation-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure
Oversee multiple IT, cloud-based projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance
Skilled in Agile methodologies, progress monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
Acts as liaison between technical and functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing solution integration
Provides financial insights, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Optimizes operational processes, mitigates risks in airport operations and customer services, and maintains on-time performance, safety, and service standards
Engages stakeholders, manages vendors, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with company policies
Develops and presents performance reports, establishes KPIs, and leads data and analytics projects within budget and timelines

Qualifications

Knowledge of project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana etc.
Proven ability to manage complex techno-functional projects with strong knowledge of aviation standards, regulations, and best practices
