Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core consumer product features—from discovery and ideation to launch, iteration, and scaling
- Define and execute customer retention strategies, including engagement loops, habit-forming features, and lifecycle optimization initiatives
- Lead product initiatives around loyalty programs, rewards, subscriptions, and monetization models, ensuring alignment with customer value and business goals
- Deeply understand customer behavior through qualitative research, data analysis, cohort analysis, and experimentation
- Translate customer insights and business objectives into clear product vision, roadmaps, PRDs, and success metrics
- Drive hands-on execution by working closely with engineering and design teams on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery
- Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs such as retention, LTV, churn, conversion, and monetization performance
- Continuously optimize products through A/B testing, experimentation, and rapid iteration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive product experiences
- Act as a product thought leader, mentoring junior product managers and raising the overall product bar within the organization
- 9-12 years of product management experience, with a strong background in consumer tech / B2C digital products
- Proven experience building and scaling customer-first products with measurable impact on retention and engagement
- Strong hands-on experience in customer retention, loyalty programs, subscriptions, and monetization strategies
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics and insights to inform product decisions
- Excellent understanding of user experience, behavioral design, and growth principles
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and drive execution in agile environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth consumer tech environments is highly preferred
