We are now looking for a Project Manager who can drive disciplined execution across our technology ecosystem and translate strategic product vision into structured, measurable delivery.

Your Role at Revin

As the Project Manager, you will own end-to-end execution across our digital platforms and IoT-integrated systems. You will ensure cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

You will work closely with product, engineering, IoT, and leadership teams to build scalable delivery processes and maintain execution excellence across verticals.

This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility into strategic product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

• Own and manage multiple cross-functional product initiatives involving mobile applications, web platforms, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and IoT integrations
• Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and structured delivery timelines
• Establish predictable sprint and release cycles across products
• Ensure high-quality execution while maintaining scalability and production readiness
• Monitor delivery metrics and proactively address deviations

Agile Execution & Sprint Leadership

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain and prioritise product backlogs in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Track sprint velocity, manage spillovers, and mitigate risks early
• Remove blockers and drive cross-team alignment
• Promote disciplined documentation and execution standards

System & Integration Oversight

Ensure seamless coordination across:

• Mobile and Web Applications
• Backend Services and APIs
• Cloud Infrastructure
• IoT Devices and Data Pipelines
• Analytics and Decision Platforms

Apply system-level thinking to manage dependencies across software and hardware environments.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

• Act as the central execution point of contact across internal teams
• Provide structured updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Escalate challenges proactively with solution-oriented recommendations
• Align business priorities with technical delivery

Risk Management & Process Optimization

• Identify risks, interdependencies, and potential bottlenecks early
• Implement corrective measures before impact on delivery timelines
• Strengthen execution frameworks, documentation practices, and quality controls
• Build scalable processes to support multi-vertical product expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in product delivery, technical program management, or cross-functional project leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing software product releases across app, backend, and cloud environments
• Exposure to IoT systems or hardware-software integrations is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Linear, or similar
• Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
