Job Title: Project Manager – Residential Interiors

Locations: Hyderabad & Bengaluru
Experience: 3–6 years
Reports To: City Operations Manager / Founders

Role Summary

As a Project Manager – Residential Interiors, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of home interior projects—ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and site stakeholders to keep every project on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project execution for modular interiors, civil, electrical, and painting works
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Manage vendors, carpenters, and site supervisors for quality and timeliness
  • Track project milestones, budgets, material delivery, and site readiness
  • Handle day-to-day client communications and manage expectations
  • Ensure ERP system is updated with project status and documentation
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively to avoid delays

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 3–6 years of project management experience in interior design or construction
  • Strong on-site management and vendor coordination experience
  • Familiarity with interior materials, timelines, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • ERP or project tracking tool experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
