Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2+ years of

experience to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The

ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and

ensure smooth project execution from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and propose mitigation plans
• Prepare project schedules, status reports, and documentation
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives
• Manage changes in project scope and communicate impact effectively
• Conduct regular project review meetings and follow-ups
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum /
  
  

Waterfall)

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

• PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certification
• Experience working with technical or cross-functional teams
